East Mallorca
The large resort on the East coast of Mallorca is Cala Millor, which is one of the original mass tourism resorts on Mallorca. Cala Ratjada, Porto Cristo, Cala Romantica (aka Cala Mendia or Cala) Mandia and Cales de Mallorca (aka Calas de Mallorca) are also very popular. The East coast is full of pictoresque coves with beaches and smaller resorts and hotels have grown around many of them, offering more relaxing options for those that wish to stay away from the mass tourism resorts.

North Mallorca
North Mallorca's mostwell known resorts are Alcudia (Port d'Alcúdia and its Eastern end of Platja de Muro) and Port de Pollensa with their large fine sand beaches that stretch on into the horizon. The resort of C'an Picafort in the Bay of Alcudia is also quite popular and Cala Sant Vicenç with its gorgeous mountain surroundings and golden sand beaches nestled between steep cliffs offers a completely different and unique setting for your holiday in Mallorca.

South Mallorca
South Mallorca's most popular resort is the large resort of Platja de Palma, which stretches over several kilometers along the Bay of Palma from Can Pastilla to s'Arenal (aka El Arenal) and offers lots of restaurants, an active nightlife and one of Mallorca's exciting water fun parks, Aqualand El Arenal. Another popular resort in Southern Mallorca is the pictoresque resort of Cala D'Or, which offers a more relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful setting with seven coves with golden sand beaches.

West Mallorca
West Mallorca has most of Mallorca's original mass tourism resorts and these resorts are still popular today. The most well known resorts include Palmanova and its neighboring resort Magalluf which has the liveliest nightlife in Mallorca, Santa Ponsa, Peguera (aka Paguera) and Cala Mayor. West Mallorca also offers more sophisticated and relaxing resorts like Camp de Mar, Portals Nous, Illetes and Sant Elm.
