Son Marroig
Son Marroig is a beautiful estate that once belonged to the Archduke of Austria, Luis Salvador of Habsburg. The estate includes beautiful gardens with: pavilions and gates, greenhouses, grottoes, pagodas and and balconies overlooking the cliffs and the sea. It is located three kilometers to the west of the village of Deià on the C-710 road.
There is a free parking area at the attraction if you come to Son Marroig with your own car. Also the beautiful seaview balconies and a restaurant with an amazing view are accessible freely without the ticket. On a bright day the amazing view continues along the rocky coastline all the way to the island of Sa Dragonera.
With the ticket you can move around the house and the beautiful gardens of the estate freely. Inside the house there are many pictures of Luis Salvador on the walls and interesting art works on the walls and you can tour around the different rooms with original furniture displayed.
