La Seu Cathedral
La Seu is one of the world's largest Catholic cathedrals. The Cathedral is 121 metres long and 55 metres wide. It is a beautiful neogothic building from the 14th century founded by Jaime II.
The imposing Bell Tower houses 9 bells, the most famous of which is "N'Eloi", 2m in diameter with a weight of 5,700 kg. Other highlights of the cathedral include the Mirada Portal, a Spanish Gothic masterpiece put together in the period 1389 - 1401 and the oldest part of the church, the choir area which is a magnificent sight with 110 walnut choir stalls.
